CatGen interfaces directly to the website calling on the same product date. It can handly multiple catalogues as work in progress and requires very little operator training.
Includes the call centre interface and allows the systems customer database to become the master database. Real time customer information and RFM analysis is available (including complete customer order history).
Handles stock ordering and supplier management. The system will predict optimal stock levels and generate automatic purchase orders. This module is essential for generating business critical margin reports.
Handles true bar code scanning point-of-sale operations together with the customer collection system (as operated by Toolstastion). Off line running and automatic re-synchronisation are also included.
This is the biggest and most complex module. The system includes multiple warehouse operation, together with bulk storange, pick-face management and replenishment. There are a number of carrier modules which produce parcel labels and interface directly with carriers.
